The usual China sourcing problem is not price or capability — it is the four-day round trip between your question and a useful answer, through a salesperson who has to go ask the workshop what you meant.

That does not happen here. Our engineering team works in fluent technical English and reads your drawings directly — tolerances, GD&T callouts, weld symbols, surface finish specs, material grades in AISI or ASTM. Ask why a radius is causing a draw problem and the answer comes from the person who would actually run the tool, in the same email thread, the same day.

If the geometry will cause a production problem, we tell you before you commit — not after the first article fails.

What we make

Five product families, one finish standard.

Every family below leaves the plant with the surface treatment already done. You do not need a second vendor to plate, polish or coat it.

Polished brass OEM components with mirror finish

Brass

Punching, folding, bending, welding and polishing. Brass welding and polishing is our strongest capability — very smooth weld seams, polished to a full mirror finish. Plate to 15 mm.

Stainless steel

Jig welding and laser welding are our primary methods. Punching to 800 tons, welding to 25 mm plate. Ships brushed or mirror-polished.

Two plating lines in-house — chrome to 3 m × 0.5 m, anodizing to 1 m × 1 m — plus a digitally controlled powder-coating line.

Sixteen 4-axis CNC machines holding ±0.01 mm, up to 1.2 m × 0.8 m. Spindle to 28,000 rpm for a superfine surface straight off the tool.

A six-person engineering team builds our punching, deep-drawn, folding and tube-bending tooling in-house, plus every inspection, welding and milling jig. AutoCAD and SolidWorks, 2D and 3D.

Sixteen 4-axis CNC machines for aluminium, stainless, brass and carbon steel. ±0.01 mm, up to 1.2 m × 0.8 m, superfine surface finish.

Punching

Eighteen SEYI CNC punching machines to 8 mm plate at ±0.05 mm, plus six hydraulic presses to 800 tons.

Laser cutting

Plate to 25 mm at ±0.1 mm, on a TRUMPF TruLaser imported from Germany.

6laser + 4 robot

Welding workshop

Six laser welders, four Panasonic TIG/MIG robots at ±0.05 mm, fifteen manual stations. Aluminium, stainless, steel and brass. Jigs built to your drawing.

Digital folding

Three ACCURPRESS CNC brakes. Parts to 4 m at ±0.2°. Flexible jigs leave almost no fold mark on the visible face.

Flatness correction

MAHT digital measuring and correction system, holding plate to ±0.02 mm flatness up to 15 mm thick.

0.01mm verified

QC inspection room

3D projector for dimensional checks to 0.01 mm. Height measurement on a Trimos V5 (Switzerland) and a Mars (Germany).

10wire cutters

Tooling workshop

Ten wire-cutting machines at 0.01 mm and two CNC mills. Punching tooling and jigs are made on site, not bought in.

Burr removing

TIMESAVERS digitally controlled deburring runs every plate edge to a consistent, verified smoothness.

Before it ships

Every part is checked by a person, not just a machine.

The 3D projector verifies the dimension. Someone still puts the part under a light and looks at the finish — because a weld seam or a polish defect does not show up in a coordinate reading.

Founded 2007. Owner-run since day one.

HanzPro is the precision-metal brand of Asia Flexproduction Ltd., founded in 2007 and owned by Mr Andy Panfeng ever since. Sixty-two people across Quality Control, Engineering, Production and Administration. Annual turnover around USD 8 million.

We have been an export business from the first year, and the United States and Europe have always been the main markets. That matters for one practical reason: your drawings, your tolerances, your certifications and your language are not new to this plant. They are the only ones it has ever worked in.
